EPI policy dictates that returns on items will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee on any stock goods you wish to return. Goods must be returned un-used and in the same packaging. Returns must be shipped within 1 business day from receipt of goods. One business day is a strict policy due to industry rentals. You must use Fed-Ex, UPS, or DHL ground delivery services for the return so that the return can be verified as having shipped the 1st business day after you have received the goods. If you use the USPS for any return, EPI will not honor the return. You will be responsible for additional shipping to have the goods re-shipped to you in this case. Any and or all custom items ordered specifically for you are never able to be returned.
Refunds are never allowed so be sure to order 1 item first to ensure the color, condition, and fabric before you make any large purchase. Individually purchased items can be returned if you are un-satisfied with the color, condition, or material (Less shipping and handling fees charged).
